LLAB 5 SP13

LLAB 5 was a slight variation to your average LLAB drill. It incorporated a few of the many drills and items that will be tested during Field Training. Cadets got to actively participate and display their skills in events such as the ORI (Open Ranks Inspection) and the FDE (Flight Drill Evaluation). LLAB 5 was a very real and insightful day for the cadets as they saw where they could improve and where their drill was at its strongest. This was also the first LLAB of the semester where cadets were able to look sharp in their long-sleeve blues and show their dedication to the AFROTC and the USAF. The day also saw to the rated board results for three top-notch cadets. Both C/Col Keane and C/1st Lt Levine's hard work that they put into the AFROTC payed off when they were selected to be pilots once they commission. C/3C Bennett's efforts were rewarded with the rated position of RPA (Remotely Piloted Aircraft). Congratulations to these outstanding cadets and to the other cadets of Det 195, keep up the outstanding work!
